Saag Aloo

Fresh Ripini(some people confuse it with spinach but it's different from Spinach) is cooked on a very low flame in fresh desi ghee(clarified butter) and then spices are added and once ripini gives nice texure ; some boiled potatoes are added to make it complete and then topped with fresh creme ; spicy and tangy goes best with naan or laccha paratha and easily serves two people
