Fresh cauliflower is cooked in onion and tomato based gravy and given a thick texure ; yes this dish is only made of cauliflower only makes a statement and stands out of all the veg dishes. Cooked in only desi ghee and topped with fresh coriander and julian ginger strips and goes with roti , naan or paratha of any kind
