"Best ice cream, sorbet and shakes in town! Their customer service is outstanding! the store was too overwhelmed with many orders, and by mistake they sent me the wrong item, as they got mixed up with another order I placed that day. I contacted the store, and the manager was extra nice and helpful, He helped me resolve the issue in a nice and efficient manner. He went out of his way to make me extra happy and satisfied by resending me the correct order with the right items, as well a even compensated me by giving me the option to choose an additional item for free! Would definitely recommend!"
