Cream of wheat cooked with vegetables and mild spices. All of the items in this section are served with the following condiments: vegetable sambar – saucy gravy of lentil and vegetables cooked with special curry powder. Coconut chutney – and exotic condiment made of ground coconut with ginger and green chilies.
