The fish was season to perfection, however plz go east on the thyme and powder pepper is was a bit much, but it tasted good, the planting was very good, the bammy needed to be soaked in a little milk then fry and bit of vinegar on the side or drizzle over it

I got the goat curry which was very flavorful and perfectly spiced(i’d rate it between mild and medium). The calaloo and saltfish was good. The saltfish tasted like regular fish which i personally liked. Their roti has lentils cooked inside which was a pleasant surprise. I also got the chicken curry platter and loved the flavors of the curry (mild) and the rice and peas. Overall i was happy with the food and would order again when next i crave good Caribbean food.
