Couscous royal

Plat populaire convivial à partager en famille ou entre amis, le couscous porte en lui le soleil, la chaleur et l'hospitalité de l’Afrique du nord. Le couscous s'autoproclame volontiers « royal », lorsqu'il réunit agneau, poulet et merguez. / An easy to share popular dish, the couscous carries within it the North African sun, heat and hospitality. The couscous is called Royal when it mixes lamb and chicken meats along with the Merguez sausages.
