Fermented Vegetables and Fruits Juice
For every batch of Fermented Vegetables we make, about %15 of it is just juice at the end. Given that we only add salt to the vegetables to begin with, this is just an amazing tasting fermented veggie juice. We add a little bit of our own housemade fruit vinegars to it to round it out and bring some lift to the savory saltiness. Use in dressings, dips, soups, and as a digestive aid.
