      栗の産地であるイタリアで取れた甘みのある伊栗と、ほっくりとした食感の和栗を独自ブレンドした特製マロンクリーム。サクサク食感のメレンゲと甘さをおさえたホイップクリームがマロンクリームと合わさり美味しさのアンサンブル。

      Chestnut cream made from the perfect combination of plump, delicious Japanese “waguri” chestnuts and sweet Italian chestnuts. The crispy meringue compliments the subtle sweetness of the whipped cream and chestnut cream.

      濃厚でとろける食感のバスクチーズケーキをモンブランの中に閉じ込めました。特製マロンクリームとチーズケーキが合わさり今までにない濃厚で奥深い味わいとなっております。

      和栗をベースに独自ブレンドした抹茶マロンクリーム。厳選した茶葉を丁寧に抽出し、抹茶の芳醇な香りと特有の渋みを最大限引き出し、栗ペーストとの絶妙バランス。そのふたつを見事にまとめたのが隠し味のホワイトチョコレート。栗の甘さのあとから抹茶の渋みが駆け抜ける。
