      当店では大量注文を除き、10分以内に調理が完了するよう努めております。
      ですが、たまに『遅過ぎる』と低評価のレビューがございます。
      調理が完了していても配達員様とマッチングがうまくいかず、予定より大幅に遅れてのお届けや、キャンセルとなってしまうこともございます。
      特に天気が悪い日はマッチングがに時間を要するケースが多々ございます。配達員様の確保は、お店側ではどうしようもない問題である為、この内容による低評価は非常に残念です。
      調理が完了していてもご到着が遅くなってしまう可能性がある事を、予めご理解頂けますと嬉しいです。

      ご到着までのお時間につきましては、Uber Eatsのアプリにて状況が確認をお願いします。 We strive to complete all orders within 10 minutes, except for large orders. However, we occasionally receive negative reviews about 'slow service.' Even when your order is ready, there may be delays in matching with a delivery driver, which can result in late deliveries or cancellations. This is especially common during bad weather, when it often takes longer to secure a courier. Unfortunately, this is something beyond our control, and it’s disappointing when we receive negative feedback for it.
