カラシビまぜそば（味噌タレ） Numbing and Spicy Mixed Soba with Miso Sauce

唐辛子の辛さと山椒のシビレの度合いを選べます。ほんのり甘みのある、数種の味噌を独自にブレンドしたタレを使い、香ばしい胡麻油を香味油に使いました。最初に胡麻の香りを感じ、味噌の甘み、サバとカツオの節の風味、唐辛子の辛味、山椒のシビレと味が展開していきます。もやしのシャキシャキ感も相性抜群。余った具材に付属のご飯を落として〆をお楽しみ下さい。 ※備考欄に特記事項を記載された場合でも必ず対応できる訳ではありませんのでご了承下さい。 Please choose the amount of spicy chilies and numbing Japanese pepper you would like in this dish. This wonderful mixed soba uses our own unique blend of various kinds of miso to create a miso sauce with a hint of sweetness. The first thing you will notice is the fragrant sesame seeds, followed by the sweetness of the miso sauce, then the flavors of mackerel and tuna. Finally, you will notice the numbing spiciness begin to build up. The crisp bean sprouts in the dish also give the dish a very nice texture. We recommend using the included side of rice to soak up any remaining sauce left over.
