Antipasto Platter- Hot and Cold 4-6ppl
Cold: prosciutto, pepperoni, mortadella, homemade salame and ‘nduja salame. Marinated vegetables: semi-dried tomatoes, zucchini, capsicum, mushrooms, olives and artichokes. Cheese: parmesan, gorgonzola, feta, bufala mozzarella and ricotta. Hot: mamma rosa’s meatballs, zucchini flowers, cheesy rice balls, crumbed eggplant, baked mushrooms and salt and pepper calamari served with Italian bread, char-grilled flat bread, chilli, olive and semi-dried tomato tapenades. Serves four to six people.
