Directions for use: Cooking Instructions - General, Preparation: Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw fish. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Loosely wrap salmon in foil and form into a parcel, place on a baking tray in centre of oven. Shallow Fry - From Chilled, Medium heat 10-12 mins, Remove all packaging. Heat a dessert spoon of vegetable oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Pan fry fillets for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally during cooking. Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, consume within 2 days. Do not exceed use by date. For use by date see front of pack. Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month.
