Raj Balti

Due to popular demand Raj balti would like to introduce the highly rated balti dish to Flintshire. Balti dishes are cooked in a cast iron kashmiri pan know as balti, cooked with the fresh tomatoes, green peppers, onions & fresh green herbs.

Mild, medium or hot.

Mild, medium or hot. A combination of spices fried together with green peppers, tomatoes & onion, bound together with a subtle aroma of fenugreek leaves.

Medium. A tasty curry cooked with a maximum quantity of mushrooms.

Hot. A hot & spicy dish cooked with various herbs & spices, with chilli & coriander.

Very Hot. A fabulously rich & fiery dish cooked with strong herbs, spices & lots of chilli.

Sweet & very mild. A very creamy dish consisting of milk, coconut, cream, sugar & almond with very mild spices.

Sweet & sour. A lentil based curry with pineapple & a hint of lemon to give a sour taste.
