Melaka Curry Laksa

A bit of hot and sour with a dash of sambal (Malaysian shrimp based curry paste), very nyonya. Yellow egg and rice vermicelli noodles, bean sprouts, bean curd puff, shredded egg, fish balls, and king prawns. Slowly simmered halal chicken bones for over 8 hours to get a rich, flavoursome (and not to mention nutritious) broth, the perfect base for our laksa.
