Directions for use: How to cook Grill Chilled Cook time: 8 min. - 9 min. Pre-heat grill to a medium heat. Remove required amount from packaging. Place onto the wire rack of a grill pan. Grill for 8-9 minutes. Turn occasionally, reduce heat if necessary. Pan Fry Chilled Cook time: 6 min. - 7 min. Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan. Remove required amount from packaging. Fry over a medium heat for 6-7 minutes. Turn occasionally, reduce heat if necessary. Storage recommendation: Below 5°C. Once opened use within 3 days of opening and date indicated. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly before use. Do NOT refreeze after defrosting.
