Once opened use within 3 days of opening and date indicated. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase. Best within 1 month of freezing. Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator before use. Once defrosted, use within 24 hours. Do NOT refreeze after defrosting.
