Directions for use: Cooking Guidelines,Grill - From Chilled,Pre-heat grill to moderate heat. Remove chops from packaging and lightly season with salt and pepper (optional). Place on grill and cook for 6-8 minutes turning half way through cook time. Allow to rest 2-3 minutes before serving.
