Hob - From Ambient Medium / 4-5 Mins Empty contents into a saucepan. Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally. Microwave - From Ambient 700W 4 Mins / 900W 2 1/2 Mins Empty contents into a microwavable container, cover and vent. Heat on full power for 2 minutes (700W), 2 minutes (900W).
