Directions for use: Cooking Instructions - General, For best results cook from frozen. If allowed to defrost adjust the cooking times accordingly. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid in several places. After cooking leave tray to stand until it regains its rigidity. Take care when removing film lid as hot steam will escape. Check product is piping hot before serving. Do not reheat. We have given you these cooking instructions as a guide only. Microwave - From Frozen, 700W 10 Mins / 900W 8 Mins, Place onto a microwavable plate and cook on full power for 6 minutes (700W), 5 minutes (900W). Peel back film lid, stir thoroughly and re-cover. Cook on full power for a further 4 minutes (700W), 3 minutes (900W). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir and serve. Oven cook - From Frozen, 200ºC / 400ºF / 180ºC / Gas 6 / 35 Mins, Preheat oven. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 25 minutes. Peel back film lid, stir thoroughly and re-cover. Cook for a further 10 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir and serve.
