        We offer it at the restaurant after a meal as a Digestive Aid, our customers love the taste and feeling they get.

        Ingredients: Nettle, Dandelion, Peppermint, Marigold flowers, Marshmallow root, Rosemary & Ashwagandha

        Instructions: add 1 heaped teaspoon of tea to a pan with 4 or 5 cups of Cold water, bring to boil and allow to simmer for a minute or two. Strain and serve hot.

        50 gram bag makes approximately 80-100 cups of tea.
