Valrhona Dark Chocolate (V)
Valrhona makes some of the world’s best chocolate in a small town in France. Our dark chocolate is vegan but you wouldn’t know it. The natural fat in cocoa lends a creaminess to this sorbet.
Coffee Chocolate Crunch
Four Barrel Coffee (San Francisco, CA) is speckled with crunchy dark chocolate bits.
Dirty Vegan Chai (v)
One of our favorite drinks is chai spiked with espresso. We turned it into a gelato flavor with Four Barrel Espresso (San Francisco, CA) and Sherpa Chai (Boulder, CO, via Nepal) blended in our coconut milk base.
Toasted Hay Gelato
Sounds weird, tastes amazing. We source hay (straw, really) locally and toast it to bring out its grassy amazingness. Then we infuse it in our gelato base. The idea comes from a lovely book––“Hello, My Name Is Ice Cream” by Dana Cree––that we recommend to anyone and everyone.
An Italian classic, we actually get our pistachios directly from Fiddyment Farms (Lincoln, CA). This is our all-time favorite gelato flavor. It’s sweet, salty, and nutty; a trifecta of deliciousness.
Polenta & Blackberry
The corn season has come and gone and polenta is what we consider our “winter corn." Comforting, deep corn flavor that reminds us of cornbread and jam.
Forest Berry (v)
Blackberry, raspberry, and blueberry are blended to create our most popular sorbet.
We source pumpkins from Aspen Moon Farm (Boulder, CO) and we take it up a notch with Chinese five spice. Also included: house graham cracker crunch and whipped cream
Pannacotta & Raspberry
An old favorite, Pannacotta (cooked cream) screams for something sweet & tart, like our house raspberry sauce.
Roasated Strawberry Coconut (v)
We roast strawberries to bring out their jammy, deeper flavors and sweetness and then we blend them with coconut in our coconut milk base. The result is a crazy delicious vegan flavor that everyone can get behind.
Something about the Fall makes us crave campfires and s’mores more than any other season. Our version includes chocolate smoked sea salt gelato, house toasted marshmallows, and house graham cracker chunks.
