カムジャタンというのはカムじゃ（ジャガイモ）とタン（スープ）を意味します。つまり、豚の背骨とジャガイモを煮込んだ鍋です。背骨についている肉から旨いがたっぷり出てご飯にも合うし、韓国では焼酎のおつまみとしても有名な鍋です。Gamja-Tang means Gamja (potato) and Tang (soup). In other words, it's a pan of stewed pig spine and potatoes. The meat on the spine is delicious and goes well with rice, and it is a famous pot for a side dish in Korea.
