White rice and glass noodle as a base. Salmon, hamachi, ahi tuna, and shrimp as proteins. Sliced scallions and miso habanero sauce. Toppings of crispy onion, jalapeno, nori, kimchi, seaweed salad, black tobiko, white truffle taro, and avocado. Top offs of truffle aioli and furikake.
