Huevos Rancheros

A Mexican breakfast favorite, 3 pieces sunny side up eggs dressed in a red sauce, finished with queso fresco, sour cream, pico de gallo and guacamole on a crisp deep fried tortilla. Served with bacon, potatoes, bell peppers, onion, and pinto or black beans.
