Brocheta

Skirt steak, chicken, or shrimp with onions, peppers, mushrooms, carrots, and celery sauteed in a special sauce. Served over a bed of rice, with melted cheese, salad, and warm tortillas. Served with rice your choice of refried beans, black beans, or whole pinto beans and tortillas.
