Gorditas

Three cornmeal cakes filled with a thin layer of beans, your choice of chicken, steak, carnitas, chorizo, or pastor (grilled pork and pineapple), and cilantro and onion. Served with rice, beans, limes, and a spicy tomatillo sauce on the side.
