El Jefe Salad

Arugula, Romaine, salmon, avocado, pickled onions, corn, tortilla strips, cilantro, and purple cabbage. Served as a wrap or salad with choice of dressing. Salad comes with a wedge of pita bread (Dressing Recommendations: Cilantro Lime w/ Tapatio or Honey Chipotle). Due to extreme shortages, romaine lettuce may be temporarily removed until further notice.
