Lamb Vindaloo

A fiery specialty from Goa, with fresh lemon, garlic, bay leaves and crushed mustard seeds, in addition, ground red pepper dominates this piquant dish. Very hot, but can be made milder for yo. Garnished with pickled baby onions and small potatoes.
