Chile Relleno

Two stuffed poblano peppers covered with egg batter. Choice of ground beef, chicken, or chihuahua cheese, and tortillas. Served with rice and beans. Choice of two sides. Spanish rice and white rice mixed with vegetables, refired beans, black beans, charro beans, or vegetables. Served with tortillas.
