Guisado de Puerco

Tender pieces of pork cooked in a mild red, green, or spicy sauce (muy bueno). Choice of two sides. Spanish rice and white rice mixed with vegetables, refired beans, black beans, charro beans, or vegetables. Served with tortillas.
