Kokob Atkïlt Deblik: Eggplants, zuchinis, and mushrooms, cooked in a rich tomato sauce.
Tîkle Gomen: white cabbage, potatoes, and carrot, cooked in a special sauce.
Shiro Wot: Pea flour, and shallots, in a spicy sauce with berbere.
Azifa: Whole green lentil, mixed with blend of herbs, and touch of lemon flavor.
Served with 4 injera, salad, and ayeb.
