Country Style Spicy Chicken

Marinated chunks of chicken breast fried then stir-fried with peanut and dried red pepper. Cooked with a spicy, aromatic seasoning. Served with choice of a garden salad or steamed vegetables, a light soup, and steamed rice or plain noodles. (Pacific paradise).
