Seafood Rice Pizza

Scallops, jumbo shrimp, fish fillet, stir-fried with jasmine rice, egg, mushroom, onion, tomato, and pineapple. Sprinkled with cheese and baked to a golden brown. Served with garden salad and a light soup. (Pacific paradise).
