8 oz. Aberdeen Angus steak. One of the highly prized of all steak cuts. It comes from the lumbar region beneath the backbone and the laziest muscle of the cow, therefore the most tender. A very lean cut of meat with an almost butter soft texture. Served with roast mixed vegetables, either chips or creamy mash and a sauce of your choice.
