      Popular dish in xian and China. A spicy non-broth dish using its own style of noodles, xian minced vegetables, pork, eggs, and tables. Hot oil is drizzled on top of the spices to coat the noodles with the spicy flavor.

      An iconic Northern Chinese dish consisting of egg noodles topped with a pork and soy bean based sauce. Topping includes sliced fresh vegetables.
