Our Craft Pilsner is inspired by the traditional Czech Pilsner style and is brewed with Saaz and Saphir hops with a blend of Moravian and Canadian Pilsner malt. This beer is crisp and refreshing with a rich and complex bready maltiness complimented by the slightly spicy and floral hop character. Craft Pilsner pours pale gold and has a creamy, long-lasting head. It’s extremely sessionable and a fantastic ode to the classic style.

Barleywine aged in Sagamore Spirit rye whiskey barrels for two months to impart rich flavours of spicy rye, dark fruit, and charred oak. This full-bodied beer boasts notes of sweet vanilla, molasses, honey, toffee, and caramel with hints of dried prunes and dark chocolate covered raisins, with a long warming finish.

Flatlander is a mixed-culture sour saison, aged in French Oak wine barrels for seven months and spiced with lemon peel and black pepper. This crisp, tart, and rustic saison has bright citrus notes accompanied by spicy, peppery phenols, light earthy funk, oaky tannins, and a fruity nose of pear, stone fruit, and white wine.

Hammermill is a beer-cider hybrid made of part lightly-hopped wort and part local apple juice from the Okanagan, fermented with six different strains of Brettanomyces and aged in rye whiskey barrels for five months. This beer combines the malty backbone of a beer and refreshing dryness and light acidity of a cider with notes of white wine, caramel apples, spicy rye, clove, and honey, along with a soft barnyard funk, tannic bite, and charred barrel character, further adding to its complexity.

Hive Mind is a harmonious blend of beer and mead, brewed with exotic grains and multi-floral honey from the Okanagan, and fermented with Norwegian farmhouse yeast. This modern interpretation of an ancient beverage boasts a rich and bold malt body with intense floral honey notes and fruity white wine esters, with aromas of apricot, peach, and ripe pear, finishing with creamy vanilla, herbal chamomile, and a lingering sweet, alcoholic warmth.

This 100% Brettanomyces pale ale was hopped with local Nugget and German Hallertau Blanc and fermented with six unique Brettanomyces strains in stainless, racked to French oak barrels and refermented with peaches by the resident microbes. The barrels were blended back together to combine the wild, Brett-derived aromas and the delicate peach character. Hazy gold with a fruit-forward nose with tropical, cantaloupe and peach orchard aromas and a slight oaky-leathery background. Lightly acidic with notes of peach skin and vanilla and a drying, herbal finish. This beer is unfiltered and conditioned in the bottle with an additional Brett strain that will continue to evolve so please pour gently.

Cobra Clutch is a hazy double IPA. Hopped with anthanum, cascade and mosaic hops. Juicy citrus, mango and floral hop notes compliment the hazy, refreshing body in this fragrant and easy-drinking DIPA.

Clean, crisp and refreshing. A pale lager brewed with all malted barley and local Sterling hops grown at Sartori Cedar Ranch in Chilliwack, BC. Fermented cool using a traditional German lager yeast.

A ruby red coloured ale with a rich caramel malt flavour and a burst of West Coast hops. Using only late hop additions and dry-hopping, the bitterness is restrained while the hop flavour and aroma are pronounced.

Building upon a Scottish "Wee Heavy", this unique beer was developed to provide a strong caramel malt flavour with enough salt to give it a bit of a bite. Stronger in alcohol, this beer starts off sweet but remains fairly light to drink.

A Northeast style hazy IPA. Huge amounts of dry hopping give this beer complex notes of melon, tropical fruit, and pear.
