These vineyards are known for their sandy loam soils, moderate humidity, cool breezes off the Sacramento Delta and falling nighttime temperatures. Dry with slight sweetness, very full-bodied, medium acidity. Aromas of apricot and citrus fruit. Velvety, clean, smooth and well-balanced. Stone fruit and tropical citrus flavours are enhanced by extended cool fermentation and pleasant acidity. Pairs well with chicken and seafood dishes.

Pairs well with white meat, mild cheese, pastas and rice.
