This is by far our best selling dish that never disappoints. We make it with only the finest and freshest ingredients that are local and in season. The truffle aroma comes from the black truffle paste. We use a traditional Asian wok to stir fry mushroom medley with the rice. It is cooked and seasoned to perfection and pickled tomatoes, roasted cauliflower, crispy shallots, and a poached egg are placed on top. This dish comes in two sizes - small and large!
