Kelewele (pronounced Kay-lay-way-lay) is Ghana's take on fried plantain and is one of the countries most popular street foods. We will be serving ours in vertical slices topped with roasted garlic seasoning. (Shito hot sauce sold separately )

Jollof is a piquant seasoned rice dish that’s a medley of rice, tomatoes, and spices. It is eaten generally in most West African countries and is also a staple at parties and family gatherings. At its base, it is stewed rice with tomato sauce, canola oil, ginger, garlic, & peppers. This dish will be sold in an 8 ounce container.
