"If you want a classic griddle/smash burger this is the best one I’ve ever had, at near fast-food prices. Squishy flavourful bun, nice crisped but juicy patty, enough lettuce to go crunch, a good tomato, and a solid helping of cornichons if you go that route. Perfect as a single — if you’re that hungry just get two."
