"I’m really surprised by the flavour of the stir fried beef. I’m a big fan of the authentic Pho Thin in Hanoi, Vietnam, and as a regular there, I can see that Pho Ong Thin here in Ottawa did a great job at recreating the original flavour. The beef is soft and tender, and filled with beautiful flavour, way tastier than the many other pho places I’ve tried in Ottawa. Best pho in Ottawa so far! If you could give some credit to the original Pho Thin from Vietnam by simply mentioning: this is a Pho Thin inspired dish in your description, it’d be so much appreciated."
