"I have to give credit where credit is due. For whatever reason, I received a free pop with my order with a lovely note thanking me for being a loyal customer. I have been a loyal customer because of their willingness to try and accommodate me. I gave them 4 stars previously because it seemed as if my portions had been getting smaller since I first started ordering with them but what more can we ask for when a preferred vendor does their best to correct their mistake? Thank you Pasta Timo for your great customer service and for continually delivering fresh food. Also, really miss the vegetarian lasagna. Some of the best I've ever had."
