"Like all good Catholic boys, I eat fish on Friday, and Nickels fish ‘n chips is the best I’ve had in a long time! And I should know : As a Lachine resident, I was treated to the best Scottish fish ‘n chips this side of the Atlantic at Mommy’s Fish ‘n Chips Shop, and I can honestly say, Nickels is just as good, if not better! And why not? A good piece of fish is as much part of the deli experience as your smoked meat and pickle. Just look at Barney Greengrass of New York! Anyway, Nickels Deli is now my place for fish ‘n chips and I know you’ll love it too. My Heart Will Go On, at Nickels!"

"Had the Club Nickels and it was awesome! Lots of meat, no fatty bits like alot of other smoked meat places. Fries were hot and tasty, even the coleslaw was great. Only thing I would ask for is a pack of salt for the fries and a fork for the coleslaw but apart from that, it was perfect!"
