    • Picked for you

      • Single Origin - Elvia Monzon & Alan Ochoa, Guatemala 200g

Quite easily the most juicy Guatemalan coffee we have tried. You get that elegant, soft and delicate aspect that you often find with coffee from this country, but because of a longer fermentation process it shifts into an orange juice and raspberry finish that is really unique. Quite low bodied, but pleasant and complex.
        $18.36
      • Single Origin - Kibugu AB, Kenya 200g

Wholebean Coffee Like a lot of Kenyan coffee you get a lot of body with this one. But unlike many from the country, it doesn't have the vegetal notes you often find, and instead highlights red fruit notes. We notice a really rare cinnamon heart candy spiciness to it that we haven't experienced in any coffee before.
        $18.06
      • Hario V60 01 - White Paper Filter

Paper filters that are bleached (using oxygen, not chemicals) for the Hario V60 pourover method. Size 01 (1 Cup).
        $8.50
      • Single Origin - Mercedes Quintero, Colombia 200g

Wholebean Coffee We are a bit fan of Colombian coffees because they are classic and approachable, but also because there is some really excited new stuff coming out of the smaller farms there. Involving new varietals, more meticulous processing and some fermentation, these coffees have more structure, complexity and interesting flavours. While this coffee is still chocolate forward, we also get the feeling of an orange creamsicle which is super lovely.
        $17.75
      • Quartercaf 200g

We wanted to have a decaf option available, but we wanted it to actually taste good. So we have blended 3/4 decaf with 1/4 regular coffee to give a brew that is very low in caffeine, but doesn't actually taste like a usual decaf. We used a "Sugar Process" decaf that is processed at the farm (instead of at a factory, which is the norm), and it uses left over fruit from the coffee production to make a form of sugary based ethanol that is used to decaffeinate the beans. The regular coffee we used is our very lovely Hugo Melo.
        $17.45

      • Seasonal Selection - Spring 200g

One of our four core blends, whose flavours are based off the four seasons, our Spring blend is fresh and floral and feels alive in your mouth. With lots of juicy mouthfeel, it reminds us of fresh figs, plum and brown sugar. A very complex coffee that is well suited to filter, but can be used as an espresso for those who are more adventurous.
        $17.39
      • Seasonal Selection - Summer 200g

One of our four core blends, whose flavours are based off the four seasons. This coffee is bright and juicy and is our most fruit forward coffee. It reminds us of iced tea, fresh fruit, cotton candy and milk chocolate. It's a crowd pleaser and works well in any brew method.
        $17.05
      • Seasonal Selections - Autumn 200g

One of our four core blends, whose flavours are based off the four seasons. Our Autumn blend is warm and comforting, with a lot of body and mouthfeel. It makes us think of oranges, chocolate, caramel and almonds. It was designed to be like the espressos we experienced in Melbourne, but also works really well as a filter coffee.
        $17.51
      • Seasonal Selections - Winter 200g

One of our four core blends, whose flavours are designed to represent the four seasons. Our Winter Selection was created to be our version of a "house blend" that is approachable, classic and comforting. Nothing too unusual here, but it is still lovely. It makes us think of chocolate, nuts and dried fruit, almost like a Christmas fruitcake. It is medium bodied and balanced. Works well with any brew method.
        $17.63
      • Single Origin - Hugo Melo, Colombia 200g

This coffee is grown on a small farm in Huila, Colombia by a gentleman named Hugo Melo. Like a lot of Colombian coffees, it's got a lovely body and beautiful chocolaty and nutty notes. But because Hugo fermented the coffee for 24hrs before removing the fruit, it has a surprising amount of fruit sweetness. Works well in any brew method.
        $17.80

      • Harken Espresso - 300g

Wholebean Coffee We wanted to develop a coffee that will trigger memories of the coffee you had growing up and feel comforting and familiar, without roasting it dark and introducing smoky flavours. We brought in a coffee that tastes like chocolate and roasted walnuts with very little fruit acidity that works well as a classic espresso, but you can also use it on drip or as a french press. This coffee comes from a certified organic farm in Nicaragua.
