Advice: It is a very soft bread like a brioche, that is perfect for grilled cheese or croque monsieur or any kind of sandwich. If to be conserved, please put it into a plastic bag and in the freezer for 3 days tops. Before being eaten when the bread is frozen, take it out of the freezer and remove the bread from the plastic bag. Leave it for 2 hours or so on top of the counter at room temperature. Do not use the microwave.
