Lamb Quesabirrias

Three HALAL lamb birria de borrego quesadillas served with consomé (dipping stew). Slow cooked in our house birria sauce and then steamed, the lamb is added to a quesadilla filled with onions, cilantro and our house guacamole salsa. Then it sizzles on the grill while being drenched in more birria sauce. Dip your quesadillas in the consomé and then drink the rest. Served with a side of Sí Señor Signature Tomatillo Verde y Habanero Salsa (hot).
