      • Chicken Ranch Taco

        A fire-grilled chicken with lettuce, cheese, and ranch to top it off. An American twist on a classic. Served on a corn or flour tortilla, or in a hard corn taco shell.
      • Chicken Tinga Taco

        Chicken cooked in our homemade tinga stew (tomato, onion, roasted garlic and poblano, jalapeno, chipotles, and adobo sauce. Served on a corn or flour tortilla, in a hard corn taco shell, or if you're feeling frisky try it on fry bread.
      • Pastor (Pork)

        Once stewed pork (orange juice, garlic, chipotle in adobo, cumin, and lime juice) twice baked to created a melt in your mouth pork. Topped with your choice of our chef made pico de gallo or mango salsa and slaw. Served on a corn or flour tortilla, in a hard corn taco shell, or on our fresh made fry bread. Toss on some feta, mozzarella, or cheddar and you're good to go.
      • Beef Barbacoa

        Slow-cooked beef roasted to perfection and served on best on fry bread, but it's still fired in our corn or flour tortillas, or in a hard corn taco shell. But seriously try the fry bread. Your choice on the cheese.

        Seasoned beef and pico de gallo paired with mango, strawberry, avocado, salsa, slaw, or lettuce (or both we don't judge) with avocado and your choice of cheese. Pick your choice of a taco shell or fry bread.

        Sirloin steak strips flame grilled and seasoned to perfection. served on a corn or flour tortilla, in a hard corn taco shell, or fry bread. we recommend cheddar on this, but try our feta or mozza. topped with toasted sesame seeds, slaw or lettuce and some avocado.
      • Pan Fried Cod

        Fresh hot cod served on a shell of your choice. we suggest the mango strawberry avocado salsa, but try the pico it's fire as well. slaw or lettuce, avocado and cheese if you desire.
    • Plant-Based (Plant Friendly)

      • Hibiscus Flower

        Hibiscus and red onion served in a corn soft shell or a corn hard shell. Topped with 2 slices of avocado, pico de gallo, or mango avocado strawberry salsa. A vegan dream.
      • Baked Squash and Bell Pepper

        Squash, bell peppers, and onions seasoned and served in any of our shells with pico de gallo, mango avocado strawberry salsa, and 2 slices of avocado.
      • Tempura Cauliflower

        Deep-fried cauliflower tidbits served on soft corn or flour tortilla, a hard shell, or fry bread. Recommended with our mango avocado strawberry salsa, but feel fry to try out slaw or pico de gallo.
      • Beyond Meat

        Beyond meat grilled to perfection served on any of our shells. add whatever toppings you like, to create a vegan/vegetarian fiesta.
