"Shoyu black ramen (added extra noodles) + chicken karagge combo (included pop). Savory broth, umami but a little bitter? I added a tsp of mayo to make it creamy and it cut some of the bitterness. The chicken is tender inside and crispy on the outside, perfect. I would love wood ear mushrooms in this."
