Aside from being really tasty (food and chai are fresh and properly spicy) and a refreshing different style of Indian cuisine from most other restaurants in the city, their customer service is exceptional. They were out of something and called (haven’t had a restaurant do that in a long time). I couldn’t answer the phone but they left a kind message, made really thoughtful substitutions and left a handwritten note in the order. Very kind, and food made with love.
