Welcoming more cities and restaurants by 2019

For too long, when it came to ordering food for delivery, pizza was the only option — especially for those living in the suburbs or smaller cities. While there is nothing more satisfying than an extra cheesy slice of New York-style pizza on a Friday night, there is now plenty of other delicious meals that you can enjoy from the comfort of your couch — in cities and suburbs all across the nation.

In the coming months before we all say farewell to 2018 (is the year really almost over?) we will be welcoming additional restaurant partners and expanding to new cities and suburbs to cover 70 percent of the U.S population.

That’s right, from New York City to Eugene, Oregon, from Miami to Lancaster, Pennsylvania, you’ll be able to mix things up with more options to choose from.

Here's a list of some cities joining the Uber Eats community today:

  • Rochester, MN
  • Burlington, VT
  • Erie, PA
  • Eugene, OR
  • Quad Cities, IA
  • Cedar Rapids, IA
  • Lancaster, PA
  • Atlantic City, NJ
  • Youngstown, OH
  • Visalia, CA

This is just the start. Before we officially welcome 2019 with champagne flutes and resolutions, we have plans to expand and make food delivery available for more people in cities and suburbs across the U.S.

To check for availablity, you can always head to our website or the Uber Eats app.
